Lethbridge School Division, through our website provider, has switched to a new parent/teacher booking system. The new system, Bookit, is in place for the 2025/2026 school year. Parents/guardians/caregivers familiar with the old system, Bookings, will notice some changes with the Bookit.
Parent Teacher Interviews will be on October 22 from 1-7pm. Scheduling will open October 3 at 8:00 am and close October 20 at 8:00 am.
KINDERGARTEN: You will receive an email from your child's teacher with a link to book an appointment.
Grades 1-5: Click this LINK to get started. This link will take you directly to the event, which will outline the event name, the date of the event and when registration is set to begin and close.
- Once you click Get Started, you will be asked to fill out your name. You can also enter your phone number as well as a secondary contact. By filling out the secondary contact field, both you and the secondary contact will receive confirmation and reminder emails. - You will then be asked to fill out the student name fields. You can add multiple students. Select the teacher you want to meet with (you can click the filter icon to search teachers by grade, class or subject). - After you select Continue, you will be asked to select a time slot on a grid menu, where you can pick a time to meet with a specific teacher. - Once you select Continue, you will see your agenda, which will outline who you have booked with and what time you are booked in for. - Select Submit. You, and your secondary contact, will receive an email. You will be given the option to add the event to your calendar. Through the email, you will also be provided with an option to reschedule, if the need arises.
